Pros
Convenient location is about the only benefit.
Cons
For IT department absolutely NO career path, communication or investment in it's most valuable asset its EMPLOYEES unless you are one of the IT Director personal favorites. Basically only focus is cost and expenses with layoffs every 6 months so very depressing environment. Sad thing is they fire the good people and leave the underperformers management likes in place.
