Pros
Good healthcare benefits. Fairly good work/life balance. Friendly atmosphere - nice co-workers, Worked there for 10 years and made some good life long friends.
Cons
Old school management style - top management does not tap employees for their opinions, and when they offer them, it's ignored. Company needs new management team to revive itself from the brink of bankruptcy. No room for advancement, constant layoff, bad morale.
