      Pros

      The staff makes it worth it. Working as a team. Good peer support.

      Cons

      There's always seems to be a staff shortage. People leave faster than the department can hire new therapists and it reflects in your workload.

      Wonderful work environment and coworkers

      I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
