      Good support, presence of resource RN for the floor who just helps and does audits and has not patients New RN pay contract that is so far, higher than UCSD Good RN: CNA Ratio 5K tuition reimbursement

      Wonderful work environment and coworkers

      I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
