Unethical behavior from executive leadership in the HR - Leadership/Upper Management Sharp HealthCare Employee Review

There was unethical behavior that only received "lip service" and instead, individuals were promoted to executive positions. Several professionals from HR left the organization due to the toxicity and bullying behavior. Even if you "speak up" to the highest level you can, there is nothing that is done. However, staff are expected to have mutual respect. It is has been a slow decline of culture since the previous CEO left the organization.
