I was hired on to open a new unit and I’ve found the onboarding, training and staff to be very professional. I have been recognized for my day to day efforts on a consistent basis by higher ups.
Cons
Sometimes the indoctrination into Sharp culture can feel overwhelming especially coming from younger nurses who have never worked at any other facilities.
