      Pros

      I enjoy the opportunities to increase your skills and learn new things. Sharp always has classes you can take and the co workers are helpful and your breaks will be honored.

      Cons

      New PTO/sick leave is outrageous and unattainable. The patient load is heavy without regard to patient acuity. You will always be at your max patients.

      Wonderful work environment and coworkers

      Cons

      I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
