      Co-workers are supportive and helpful

      Cons

      Absolutely no work/life balance, low pay, and the worst part is being asked to cram in more clients every day to make more money for the clinic. This job is not interested in helping the community, it's all about profit and working employees to eventually burn out.

      I loved my coworkers. I enjoyed the mon to Fri schedule.

      Cons

      Like all jobs you have some people who go above and beyond but others who don't do the bare minimum . Thankfully the clinical team worked well together.

      Leading by fear, micromanagement from the top, good ole boy club at executive level, providers don’t stay long, benefits are expensive
