A lot of passionate people will leave. SCH is devoid of spirit and innovation, and ideas are met with a "culture of can't". Concerns and suggestions are beat down with corporate toxic positivity. While progressive practices work to combat burnout and support providers, Shenandoah is far behind the power curve and refuses to take steps to support providers in a timely manner. Dissatisfaction and suggestions for improvement are seen and labeled as negativity. There is so much potential to be the absolute best place to work and it could be turned around in a rather rapid manner. If everyone were to think outside of the box and open their hearts and minds to revolution and putting patients and those who care for them first, satisfaction would sky rocket.
