Pros

Great working environment, supervision is very kind and coworkers are very friendly.

Cons

The call volume is very high, and pay is not equal to work. Most employees do not carry their share of the load in terms of daily calls. The KPI expectations are a little unrealistic, like you have to keep calls under 10 minutes, but that is truly out of your control if a patient has a complex issue. Management also makes promises they never see through, such as shift changes, promotions and new positions they promise never get followed through.

Pros

-Inclusive -benefits are decent I paid $266 monthly out of my paycheck for Florida blue and had amazing coverage -

Cons

-Disorganized -Gaslit by management, when you had documents or proof they were incorrect they either wouldn’t respond / or would deflect -They would change things ; for instance we had a wrap up timer that originally didn’t beep until 5 minutes (they wanted us under two) as a company they decided to have it where the “system” booted us if we were in wrap for to long — the system ended up being management, they originally denied then admitted to it,
