The pay does not reflect the workload or the level of stress the job demands The management culture can be quite toxic, with frequent gossip and behaviour that feels more like a high school environment than a professional one There is no additional compensation for overtime or weekend shifts Taking leave is incredibly challenging; management tends to respond as though you’ve taken far more time off than you actually have
