Terrible and toxic management, the worst I’ve ever worked for. The manager always liked to go on power trips, losing her temper at both workers and customers. Extreme micromanagement to be expected if you ever work here. They also has no regard for employees health and wellbeing. They also tend to overwork the instructors. The pay is only few cents above minimum wage.

- Terrible management. - Unclear instructions, unorganised system. - The upper management has no idea what their employees are going through. They don't know how to prioritise tasks, everything's in chaos. - Always come up with bad ideas and their decisions make no sense. - Low pay, tedious and demending job. - Weekend work. - Money driven. The management makes the work even harder, zero/negative star would have given if this is an option.
