Pros

The teaching method is unique. Kids are cute and smart.

Cons

- Terrible management. - Unclear instructions, unorganised system. - The upper management has no idea what their employees are going through. They don't know how to prioritise tasks, everything's in chaos. - Always come up with bad ideas and their decisions make no sense. - Low pay, tedious and demending job. - Weekend work. - Money driven. The management makes the work even harder, zero/negative star would have given if this is an option.

You get to teach English in a classroom

Cons

Get burned out fast and easy. Classes can be 7 times a day which is very exhausting. You will get sick a lot too, parents dont care if their kids are sick they just bring them in.

- Lack of good managers - Organisation is non-existent. - Boss favours certain employees and creates a hostile working environment. - Forced to take no pay leave during covid because students weren't coming in person. - Repetitive routine - Working on the weekends - No bonus
