Pros
- Great coworkers to have lunch together & gossip about how much we dislike this company and the management. - Given everyone emotional trauma that can never be recovered.
Cons
- Low paying job, barely minimum wage (An insult to teachers) - Management is absolutely horrible with horrible communication style - Scammed everyone into thinking that this is a kid's program but really, it's to scam parents' money - Parents can never leave the program once they join the program. (Read google reviews) - Need to do sales EVERYDAY on top of teaching classes, which is not advertised as per job description. If I wanted a sales job, I would've gotten a sales job. - Toxic 'family' culture, but really, the management is mostly two-faced. - Need to work on a Saturday. - No room for career/salary growth. - High staff turnover rate (which is absurd), new faces every 2 weeks. - Managers are very creepy - Don't feel safe at work at all. - Discriminatory and racism.
