      Great team to work with, great management.

      Cons

      Not greatly organised and work load is a lot and changing every day. Many things to pick up after as it is a not well organised. Lots of sales work and centred around money. Huge turnover.

      You get to teach English in a classroom

      Cons

      Get burned out fast and easy. Classes can be 7 times a day which is very exhausting. You will get sick a lot too, parents dont care if their kids are sick they just bring them in.

      - easy to pick up the teaching method

      - Lack of good managers - Organisation is non-existent. - Boss favours certain employees and creates a hostile working environment. - Forced to take no pay leave during covid because students weren't coming in person. - Repetitive routine - Working on the weekends - No bonus
