So many things to say about working at the company for a few years. I thought nothing of it when I heard others complain about upper management. I loved seeing how everyone, I mean the employees when I say everyone, would stop what they are doing when a department had a deadline or crisis going on and would help. Once I started to really pay attention to what others were saying and seeing what was going on, that is when the masks came off and I saw everything . The company basically just hires extra bodies to do the work that they do not want to deal with. When you reach out for help when you need it , you do not receive it . How are you supposed to help out a client when they are asking for benefit information, tax information, payroll information, or even workers compensation, if management isn't helping you with your questions. It is true when one of these reviews said "Favoritism at its finest" . They have their certain group that they all hangout and talk to, but i heard that they do throw them under the bus . Great Management right?? The CEO is great too! He never comes out to appreciate his employees. We weren't asking for much. Just a thank you for what you are doing or something to show that they cared for the employees. When the whole banking situation happened to payroll, No one from upper management or the owners came to appreciate them. They slaved hard to keep that company up for them and they received nothing. Not even coming to say thank you. They honestly deserved more then what they are getting paid for. This company is not all great from what it seems . I do not recommend working for this company from experience on how employees are treated. I do not see them lasting long as a company. They Literally are destroying themselves. Do not even come an try for an interview . I saw this poor girl who worked there for a few months apply for another position in the company and the guy that was interviewing her stood her up and ignored her phone calls . At least tell the girl flat out that this is not the position for her instead of leading her on. There are so many negative things to say about this company that I can go on and on . There is a reason to why there are so many negative reviews from here. If they do not like you then you are out. I heard they were trying to find ways to get rid of people that they did not like. That is not right . Do not waist your time here!!
