honestly if you got a job here its because you know someone, who knew someone, who knew someone. You then brought someone on and then were terminated for a bogus reason or were told that your position was being phased out to only have it later be recreated with a different title and slightly changed. Usually this is due to falling out of grace with one of the director's who immediately instead of correcting and trying to figure and fix the problem, will be trigger happy to let you go then bury you as much as possible. This is poor leadership at its finest, especially when you are asking for the tools and simple basics to do your job and only to find out either your access was taking away with no notice, or they are given to someone else that is a yes person to the director. The work/life balance is practically non-existent there, if you are non-exempt salary employee. You will have to work weekends if they need you to from home, however if you attempt to work from home any other time, you will be frowned upon. For a HCM company, they really don't understand the purpose of such a position. You get told many times that it doesn't matter how long you stay, but its the willingness to learn. I can tell you in my experience i asked... and asked... and asked... I was never given anymore and then when i grew tired of asking, i was asked why i don't put in any effort. Throw my close to 2 years there, i saw people drop like flies left and right. For a place that had so much potential and promise, they have really flushed it down the toilet. Proof is the stock program they tout so much, when i was there it was exciting stock was up 4 dollars from the initial sell price, now it hasnt broke over $2 dollars in probably half a year.
