      Pros

      Work from home, making things super convenient. Make my own schedule, which is great!

      Cons

      Managers sometimes take forever to respond, if they even respond at all. Support tickets can go weeks before they are worked, and they sometime close them without responding or correcting the issue. Pay gets rejected, and can be weeks before getting fixed.

      This company is misclassifying its Shiftsmart workers as Independent Contractors and is currently being sued in California. Colorado to follow soon.

      This company is misclassifying its Shiftsmart workers as Independent Contractors and is currently being sued in California. The company made $95 million in profit last year because they did not pay overtime, employment taxes, workers comp dues, and social security taxes. THEY DO NOT ALLOW ANY WORKERS TO CONTACT A REAL PERSON WHEN SHIFT ISSUES OCCUR.
