WASTE OF TIME, NO REAL PAY, WORST Customer Service. NO Live Support, Team Lead, or Manager exists. On Current dead-end Remote project Blocked from seeing other Opportunities of higher pay Or a better Fit. There's no way to get in touch with them. Only through a BOT with a response 2days later (if at all) via one-way email with a generic Response to everything. No help at all. IT'S A WASTE OF TIME. No Communication with a Real Person. Agents are left to "Fly by the seat of their Pants" alone. “No Reply” Email & Texts; you can't speak to a live person to get clarification on. VERY LOW PAY. Not a Real Living Wage to pay bills or for financial growth. Constant issue with the App to Clock in then you're Marked as a No Show. If this happens twice you are Blocked from seeing any Shifts for 7days. IT IS THE WORST.

This company is misclassifying its Shiftsmart workers as Independent Contractors and is currently being sued in California. The company made $95 million in profit last year because they did not pay overtime, employment taxes, workers comp dues, and social security taxes. THEY DO NOT ALLOW ANY WORKERS TO CONTACT A REAL PERSON WHEN SHIFT ISSUES OCCUR.
