      Pros

      Dress code is not strict.

      Cons

      Different departments are treated unfairly. The company is growing too fast and they don't know how to handle it. Rules and procedures change on a daily basis which can get you in trouble if you don't adapt to change. Managers are not approachable which is why there is so much turnover.

      The pay was decent but that's where it ends.

      Cons

      Speaking from the marking B2B/B2C side, these where my experience working for them. They get rid of there best employees No notice will be sent if you get let go, so just leave when you find a new job. Management sucks Health insurance sucks No clear direction No 401K or benefits Unrealistic expectation Senior management has no idea what they are doing
