While it may sometimes feel like close communication, our DMs are highly focused on operational needs and do not have the capacity to micromanage. Their role is to support drivers through strong communication, especially during key events like claims, accidents, or situations that naturally require more frequent updates. We also want to emphasize that trip planning and hours management are handled thoughtfully. While some plans may not seem to line up at first glance, trust that there is often a broader strategy in place — such as coordinating load swaps with other drivers — to keep freight moving and get you where you need to be safely and on time.
