      Decent, but not great.

      Pros

      Flat rate, daily pay, miles, good equipment, good recruiters.

      Cons

      dispatch is overseas, must use own devices for Elogs, dispatches, and anything else related to the work. Bonuses are supposed to be paid out when over certain miles. Per the math we should have had 3k, ended up with 225. Low weekly pay in comparison to pay per mile.

To clarify, our drivers receive a consistent weekly salary, so they always know exactly what their paycheck will be, along with monthly bonuses that are calculated separately. If there was any confusion around practical mile calculations or how those figures are determined, our Safety team or your Driver Manager would have been happy to walk through that process in detail.       Salary pay Decent equipment nothing older than two years generally after 18 months equipment is sold and new is bought

      Cons

      You ask dispatch a direct question you're either giving a not so straight answer or they straight out lie. No matter what you do right they always find something to complain about. At least that's been my experience here.

Our dispatch team is expected to communicate professionally and transparently—dishonesty has no place here. Holding team members accountable can sometimes be perceived as criticism, but our goal is always to uphold performance standards that support the entire team.

During the hiring process, we’re clear about daily mileage expectations so drivers know what’s required. Like any company, we hold our team accountable to those expectations, which can include formal documentation when necessary. If time off is needed, our policy is to use available time off, and that applies company-wide.
