Rapidly growing company; opportunity for professional and personal growth that is encouraged throughout the organization; incredible company culture and interpersonal dynamics - everybody is incredibly warm and supportive and friendly, making each work day not a chore!
Cons
Pay could be higher, but the potential for learning and growing in an industry that is and will continue to be on fire (e-commerce, warehousing) helps off-set this; a lot of restructuring of the organization as well as workflow processes are necessary right now due to rapid growth, but it can be a bit hectic at times.
