• Great team of funny, genuine, and outgoing people • Inviting atmosphere to be yourself, work autonomously as well as within a team • Growing quickly so good place to be if you want to challenge yourself and get to a new level in your career - not stagnant and open to individual needs • Sincere approach with clients with lots of support and genuine care
Cons
• Standard growing pains (for staff) as it's still relatively new, but team is on in and extremely transparent and proactive about everyones concerns or suggestions for change
