Pros
There is an international conference once per year that you will be able to attend, if you are lucky.
Cons
There is NO ONBOARDING PROCESS and the company DOES NOT COVER/PROVIDE ANY CERTIFICATION OR COURSES. Salaries are below the average of the industry and are fixed - the owner says that there is a bonus, however this bonus doesn`t depend on your performance, but solely on the client - if they want to have an additional function (or something non-standaed) developed, than you may get a couple of hundred bucks, once per 5-6 months. There are no company benefits - sportscards are available, but you have to cover it with your own money. There is NO Career development opportunities. The management doesn`t care about the employees skills, abilities, contribution or certifications - the only factor is how many years you have spend as a companys` employee.
