Pros

- A good place to gain experience dynamic and out-of-the-box customer support and software development practices - Decent atmosphere with hard-working colleagues - Well trained Management team, who know the product well and how to assist clients and junior team members

Cons

- Some of the Management people are taking themselves "too seriously" and can`t find the balance between professional attitude and "life in the clouds"

- Micromanagment; - Toxic workplace; - No opportunities for development (both corporate or knowledgewise); - Most of the employees are in a relationship (families); - CEO is a hypocrite and narcissist; - Bad management and no employee recognition; - No salary reviews;
