Pros
I worked with Shrooms Creatives for more than a year. I was part of this organization at its incipient stage and saw it growing ever-since. Following are the pros, that I came across during my gig:
1. Learning and Development: Scope of on-the-job learning is extensive. I got to wear multiple hats and acquire skills as per my interest. This helped me to grow my potential and hone my skills in digital. There's no barrier to learning and exposure, provided you have the will to take that first step.
2. Great Team Dynamics & Work Environment: It was more like a home than a workplace. I have always had the support of my colleagues, team and management in putting my work in order. Novel ideas and innovation were always appreciated. I was given the creative empowerment while working. Also, people don't work here in silos, ensuring support and cooperation during the times of crisis or work overload. This has helped me to become a better team player.
3. Salary & Compensation: The organization ensures timely salary and compensates as per the skills.
