This is a midsize firm plagued by mismanagement and bad judgement. Cut throat developer contracts are not well negotiated but accepted to get the job. Projects are executed on the backs of the employees which are expected to work uncompensated overtime on weeknights and on weekends. Ownership is all male and one third is neither well educated nor licensed.
