Toxic Management - Anonymous employee Shuttlerock Employee Review

Out of various managers I had, the majority were very toxic (the one good manager I had was amazing though). I was bullied and belittled. Worked consistent long hours as projects often had unrealistic timelines. Every single thing is ***URGENT!!!*** The compensation was poor and when people got promoted it was not uncommon for there to be no pay rise at all. There was also no HR department to report major issues to, so trying to resolve problems never had a lasting impact.
