Pros
A vibrant and inclusive workplace with great talent, and lots of flexibility, some really good people to work and collaborate with.
Cons
A huge mismatch between what was advertised and explained during the interview vs what the role ended up becoming. The team manager always kept stress levels high, offering no breathing time. What was sorely missing was this calm and strong leadership that you could fall back on as a team member. A cortisol-raising work environment - built on fear-mongering and artificial stress made the day-to-day unbearable. While this pressure-cooker environment could fuel some people to work better -- for me, it was an absolute no-go.
