Siemens technology and services private limited is literally a group of service based startups (which they call business units),that compete among themselves for getting projects from richer BUs that are mostly in Germany, management is worst, older people who are in Siemens since many years do not have any knowledge , all they know is to do politics as this is the only thing they have learnt here, my sincere advice to any fresher is please do not join this company it would ruin your growth and learning opportunities. They have a 3 months notice period that is only applicable for the employee, I have seen many instances when the employee was asked to leave with payment given in lieu of notice, they do it frequently whenever they loose projects They claim to be a product based company but mark my words Siemens technology and services private limited is a service based company and has all traits of a bad service based company. Once you join you will have to deal with favouritism, bias, incompetence of people, negligible hikes, no hope of promotion etc
