Pros

Very nice medical insurance. Fitness compensations after 2 years of work. Clean office on Dubininskaya st. for Corporate Technology dept. Salary is paid whether you have work to do or not. You can just come to office and stare in the monitor.

Cons

If you have no project to work on - be prepared to sit on your chair and do nothing or just do non sense tasks. Project management is mostly - non-expert in the area that they are responsible for. So, as you can guess - no adequate leadership will be presented. Also, Siemens can get new projects only from business units, not from external companies, so there is a large possibility to sit without project for a long time. So if you are talented, have a lot of energy and ambitions - be prepared to find another job when your project is over. And another thing - don't expect fast raise it salary or position. 10%/year raise is normal here.

Pros

Competitive pay, flex vacation/ PTO

Cons

Organizational restructuring seems more frequent than other companies I’ve worked for. Constant changes in processes. In four years I’ve seen change in incentive plan twice and not for the better even though they’ll tell you it is. You can make great money in sales still. Corporate alignment of rollouts of product timeline v. actual reality in the area level.
