      Pros

      Typical factory work. Good pay. Worked there as a temp for about 8-9 months, then was hired on full time for a little over a year and a half before a layoff.

      Cons

      High expectations with little to no reward. Over time was constant and never thanked for extra time. If you were unable to work late when asked it was very frowned upon.

      Pros

      Great company and coworkers. People are very nice and friendly and the CEC is a nice place to work and the role has flexible hours.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to be done so there's a lot of stress that comes with the role. There are times where you will have to work over 40 hours a week. Seems like work-life balance is not prioritized.
