      Truly global organization! Innovation is actively encouraged, diverse range of development opportunities, good working conditions - flexible working hours, free fruit etc.

      Cons

      Communication between management and staff has room for improvement, in particular transparency on upcoming business developments. Salary packages are slightly below market.

      Pros

      Great company and coworkers. People are very nice and friendly and the CEC is a nice place to work and the role has flexible hours.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to be done so there's a lot of stress that comes with the role. There are times where you will have to work over 40 hours a week. Seems like work-life balance is not prioritized.
