Great benefits, including very generous PTO policy (at least according to US standards). Job security (depending on division), generally pretty predictable
Cons
Boring office environment, sometimes hard to get things done in such a process-oriented environment, "if only Siemens knew what Siemens knew" (i.e. it is such a huge company that many times your same project has already been tried and failed in the past)
