Pros

6% 401k match (but takes 5 years to fully vest), 20 days off, standard healthcare. Pretty decent work/life balance, friendly co-workers

Cons

Internal promotions are capped at 10% raise MAX. This means that even if you're jumping from an entry level position to a management position, HR has policies in place that limit any internal promotions to 10% max. I was making $75k a year (internal promotion) while being surrounded with people making $130k+ a year (external hire) with the exact same job title and years in the role. Both Atlanta offices are extremely dreary and the cubicals feel like gray prison cells. Extremely slow moving company, red tape everywhere you turn which definitely kills creativity. Everyone has the mentality of "It doesn't matter how good of a performer you are, you have to put in your 10 years before you can move into management". There's a saying at Siemens: "The tried and true method for salary advancement at Siemens is to leave, work at a competitor for 2 years, then return for a 60% total raise".
