Cons
Siemens is no longer the brand it used to be. With firing of many employees in 2019, and continuing the same in 2020, it is totally going downwards. Hike has reduced in the recent year and also they have removed bonus. Technologies are old. Mostly you will get to work on legacy Windows application which are built on Siemens own framework. So you cannot learn much from that.
