Pros
Absolutely none. I've worked as a government contractor for a decade, and this was the worst experience of my career. Stay away!
Cons
Extremely disorganized, constantly going under reorganization, no work-life balance, routine late-night calls that turned into lectures if you didn't answer, regular 60+ hour work weeks, little to no guidance, no file organization, no communication, pay and benefits don't compare to competitors, lack of infrastructure and resources to support remote employees
