Pros
Great facilities, on site cafe, parking etc.- offices not so great.
Cons
IT is laughable- XP in 2014? Siemens systems not intuitive, lead to frustration before an inevitable change to a much worse system and so the cycle continues. Pay is average at best, payrises are an insult. If having a decent wage is important, look elsewhere. Managers lack leadership/accountability. Turnover is very high, like 20% p.a. min, in some areas like sales 50%+.
