1. Extremely process-oriented approach work environment 2. Slow mediocre workload with showoff of work more than actual work done 3. Majority of the senior management guys are half baked knowledge leaders, easy to impress them and get good increments or transfers 4. Opportunity to relocate abroad and work for few years to earn more money
Cons
1. Very slow bureaucratic government style organization 2. Senior management leaders take no decisions and no responsibilities for any project failure. They are mere postmen to communicate from India to Germany and take orders from the German office for implementation in India. 3. Office politics is bad, women are mistreated in factory offices even abused outside office premises. 4. Everyone licks their boss and wants a bigger piece of the pie so they team up and play dirty games behind your back 5. Everyone in this organisation wants to make some extra bucks. While at every level they speak of clean business and ethics but in reality even the top bosses make under table money
