Pros

Some projects and some business units has very good managers and good projects. Good salary package for deserving and skilled employees. Company Cares about employees. Company don't fire permanent employees even in difficult situation also.

Cons

Company Cares about employees but company employees doesn't. Ps group(aka siemens energy) has managers who don't have any real knowledgeable , experience. All managers at all level saves each others asds because they don't that all of them don't deserve that position as they have zero knowledge & experience to stay at that position and draw huge salaries. They all save each other's asds even though all people raise serious doubts on their knowledge and misconduct. Work environment in ps group is very very toxic. There is no career growth. You will not learn any thing. You are not recognised and motivated even if you have done very good work. Management people have done misconduct activities at financial level also. Even though raising any concern to any top level no action was taken against any of one. All process will apply to developers and testers only it doesn't apply to project manager and other persons. Projects in ps group are useless. No learning no real world use. Many of my colleagues had resigned because of all of these reasons. All of my colleagues were very well talented in all areas. At last I also resigned.

Pros

Competitive pay, flex vacation/ PTO

Cons

Organizational restructuring seems more frequent than other companies I’ve worked for. Constant changes in processes. In four years I’ve seen change in incentive plan twice and not for the better even though they’ll tell you it is. You can make great money in sales still. Corporate alignment of rollouts of product timeline v. actual reality in the area level.
