Not a good experience - Software Developer Siemens Employee Review

- Compulsory shutdown in December (last week) gets deducted from your leaves - Leaves system is bad ( you earn 2 leaves every month) - The IT system is not great. Information is not available on how to go about things. There are too many processes and permissions required. And it is not smooth and very poorly managed. - The overall crowd (especially senior level) is not that sharp. The focus has been on product knowledge rather than overall technical knowledge and growth.
