Pros
-The benefits are very good--unlimited sick time, good vacation, flexible working hours. -The company culture is great--Siemens places safety, ethics and quality in high regards. -The yearly review procedure works well and is very effective. I'd rather work for Siemens than any company I've worked for in the past or any company colleagues work for.
Cons
-The promotion structure is based mostly on years of experience rather than quality of work, production, or potential. -The communication of company events and what is occurring to workers outside of Orlando is poor. There is also a difference in the benefits to employees outside of Orlando as far as comradery and group events are concerned.
