Pros
Benefits are decent compared to other places despite still high deductibles. Also you have to really do something wrong for them to fire you from what I’ve observed.
Cons
Be prepared to be at the same salary for your entire Siemens career. Don’t even dare to ask for a raise. Know you’re worth before walking in the door because they will insult you and lie in order to pay you in pennies. Don’t go below 60 for a senior buyer role.
