Pros
Solid company excellent product and services. Invests heavily in R+D. Sometimes European heritage gets in the way of streamline business processes and allowing flexibility to react to marketplace in US.
Cons
Excessive downsizing in 2009 that affected revenue and customer satisfaction. The downsizing was so severe that after the fact senior management recognized this and tried to hire back.
