      Pros

      The pay is actually decent, but what you go through at Siemens it is not worth it.

      Cons

      Senior Management encourages backstabbing and even sues its own employees that they dislike. They have no clue as to what they are doing. A lot of arrogant people work at Siemens, especially upper management. I see them (postal automation group) going out of business or being sold off in the near future.

      Pros

      Great company and coworkers. People are very nice and friendly and the CEC is a nice place to work and the role has flexible hours.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to be done so there's a lot of stress that comes with the role. There are times where you will have to work over 40 hours a week. Seems like work-life balance is not prioritized.
