Pros

Worked there as a Software Engineer (Industry Customer Services) in Veracruz It's a good company to start. It has a great work-life balance with some exceptions. Good projects to develop the professional experience. Great benefits, flexible work hours, if you are looking for a very stable job, this is the company for you, the will look out for you and try to keep you trained and taking courses regularly. Lots of training and self study material.

Cons

The salary is less compared with other customer service companies. (It ) The benefits only apply to "key personnel"(personal con base en la compañia) and it is slow to get this by the bureaucracy (5-8 years) Large company means lots of bureaucracy, hard to move to upper positions because the decisions are made in Germany Company. Restructuring it is very common. 30 - 60 dollars per day as project engineer Jr

Pros

Competitive pay, flex vacation/ PTO

Cons

Organizational restructuring seems more frequent than other companies I’ve worked for. Constant changes in processes. In four years I’ve seen change in incentive plan twice and not for the better even though they’ll tell you it is. You can make great money in sales still. Corporate alignment of rollouts of product timeline v. actual reality in the area level.
