Pros
It is a company that is definitely a school. You can learn a lot about different processes and there is exposure to various departments.
Cons
Some companies promote and recognize for performance and other for relationship. Siemens is definitely a company that recognizes people more by relationships than by performance. If you graduaded in Harvard or is a relative from someone influential so you have far more career growth chances of someone handing the job very well done but was not lucky to be born in a rich family. It is an extremely elite company , at least in Brazil .
