Crumble from the top - Siemens Government Technologies (SGT) - Anonymous employee Siemens Employee Review

All the good employees have left. Ever since the 2nd CEO was appointed to be Siemens US' president 3 yrs ago, SGT did a 180 and has accelerated toward rock bottom under current management, who all joined within the past 2 years and solidified the keystone cop reputation. The current CEO is often compared for her similarity to Sarah Palin. There isn’t a more perfect example of how top level leaders impact an organization. The company’s name brand is the jersey, what matters most is the players, leaders, and culture. This is NOT the same company as it was 3 years ago, which is an obvious understatement. Stay away until a new CEO is in place.
