Relaxed atmosphere, pleasant and modern office space as far as older, hardware-based companies go, nice colleagues, good working equipment, no tendencies for penny-pinching among management, flexible working hours, doesn't tend to feel very a great company to find your first employment at

A somewhat ambitious person may find themselves stagnating at some point, either salary-wise and skill-wise.
